摘　　要：[研究目的]在当今“物理—社会—信息”三元空间深度交融时代,安全风险跨空间演化对安全事件链防控提出巨大挑战。因此,开展三元空间安全事件链防控研究意义重大。[研究方法]首先,阐明三元空间安全事件链的内涵;其次,分析三元空间安全事件链的生成机理及分类;最后,构建与解析安全信息视域下的三元空间安全事件链防控模型。[研究结论]三元空间安全事件链是因致灾因子、避灾体、承灾体和孕灾环境间不合理匹配而形成的由初始安全事件诱发一系列跨空间次生、衍生安全事件的链式效应。安全信息视域下的三元空间安全事件链防控模型可为安全信息嵌入三元空间安全事件链防控提供一定理论依据和指导。[Research purpose]In the era of"physical-social-information"ternary space integration,the cross-space evolution of safety&security risks poses a great challenge to the prevention and control of safety&security incidents chain.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out research on prevention and control of ternary space safety&security incidents chain.[Research method]Firstly,this paper clarifies the connotation of ternary space safety&security incidents chain.Secondly,this article analyzes the generation mechanism and classification of ternary space safety&security incidents chain.Finally,this paper constructs and explains the model for ternary space safety&security incidents chain prevention and control from a perspective of safety&security information.[Research conclusion]Ternary space safety&security incidents chain is a chain effect of trans-space secondary and derived safety&security incidents caused by initial safety&security incident due to the unreasonable matching among the hazard-causing factor,hazard-avoiding body,hazard-affected body and hazard-bearing environment.From a perspective of safety&security information,the model for ternary space safety&security incidents chain prevention and control,can provide certain theoretical basis and guidance for safety&security information embedding in ternary space safety&security incidents chain prevention and control.
