摘 要:随着我国铁路营业里程不断增加,列车在站停留时间逐渐缩短,研制更加智能化的铁路客车上水设备,以提高上水效率、降低劳动强度、保证饮水安全成为重要需求。通过分析我国铁路传统手工上水和现有自动上水设备存在的问题,创新提出采用单列叠层式卷管机构、具备预排水功能和应急断裂功能,以及在上水、收管、遥控等环节具备更强控制能力的铁路客车智能上水设备,并通过上水设备数据采集系统、后台管理系统进行铁路客车上水设备智能化采集与管理。目前,基于上述原理研制的铁路客车智能上水设备已在青岛北站、阜阳西站、贵阳站和汉口站等投入实际应用,反馈良好,也为未来现代化铁路客车智能上水设备的进一步优化改进提供了方向。With the increasing mileage of China railway,the stop time of trains at stations is gradually shortened.Therefore,it is important to develop more intelligent water supply equipment for railway passenger cars to improve operation efficiency,reduce labor intensity and ensure the quality of drinking water.By analyzing the problems existing in the traditional manual water supply equipment and existing automatic water supply equipment for railways,the paper proposes to adopt intelligent water supply equipment with single-row stacked pipe coiling mechanism for railway passenger cars,which has pre-drainage function and emergency fracture function,as well as better control ability in water supply,pipe retrieval and remote control,etc.Meanwhile,the intelligent collection and management can be realized through water supply equipment data acquisition system and background management system.At present,the intelligent water supply equipment developed based on the above principles has been put into use in Qingdaobei Railway Station,Fuyangxi Railway Station,Guiyang Railway Station and Hankou Railway Station,with positive feedback,providing a direction for further optimization and improvement.
