氟比洛芬酯与双氯芬酸钠栓分别联合氢溴酸山莨菪碱治疗急性肾绞痛的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的 比较氟比洛芬酯注射液与双氯芬酸钠栓分别联合氢溴酸山莨菪碱治疗急性肾绞痛的疗效。方法选取258例于2018年1月-2021年5月在莆田学院附属医院接受治疗的急性肾绞痛患者,均采用药物治疗,其中采用氟比洛芬酯注射液加氢溴酸山莨菪碱胆碱注射液138例(A组),采用双氯芬酸钠栓加氢溴酸山莨菪碱胆碱注射液120例(B组),对2组患者药物镇痛起效时间、镇痛总体有效率,药物不良反应情况以及6 h再发生率进行比较。结果A组患者镇痛效果总有效率(98.55%)高于B组(92.5%),患者用药后镇痛起效时间为(21.8±6.8)min,短于B组的(30.8±5.6)min,不良反应发生情况少于B组,6 h再发生肾绞痛例数较B组少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟比洛芬酯镇痛起效时间快于双氯芬酸钠栓,镇痛效果更好,且不良反应发生率低,镇痛后持续时间比较长,再发生率低,值得临床首选。Objective e To compare the efficacy of flurbiprofen axeyil injection and diclofenac sodium suppository respectively combined with anisodamine hydrobromide in the treatment of Acute renal colic.Methods Choose 258 acute renal colic patients who were treated with drug in our department between January 2018 and May 2021.Among them,138 patients were treated with flurbiprofen ester injection combined with anisodamine hydrobromide choline injection.120 patients(group B)were treated with diclofenac sodium suppositories combined with anisodamine hydrobromide choline injection.Record the score of the pain of all patients,and compare with the differences of the two groups in analgesic onset time,overall analgesic effective rate,adverse drug reactions and 6h recurrence rate.Results The total effective rate of postoperative analgesia in group A(98.55%)was higher than that in group B(92.5%),and the onset time of postoperative analgesia in group A(21.8±6.8)min was faster than that in group B(30.8±5.6)min.The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was less than that in group B,and the number of cases of recurrent renal colic in 6h was less than that in group B.the difference of each index was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The analgesic effect of flurbiprofen ester group was better than that of diclofenac sodium suppository group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The adverse reactions of group A were fewer than that of group B,the duration of drug was longer than that of group B,the recurrence rate of pain in group A was lower.So the medication method of group A than that of group B deserve wider clinical application.
