腹腔引流导管在胸腔积液胸腔闭式引流中的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨腹腔引流导管在胸腔积液患者胸腔闭式引流治疗中的临床效果。方法 选取2018年7月-2021年6月顺昌县总医院呼吸内科收治的80例胸腔积液患者,所有患者均接受胸腔闭式引流治疗,依据随机数字表法将其分为研究组和中心静脉导管(CVC)组各40例,其中研究组使用腹腔引流导管进行胸腔闭式引流,CVC组使用常规一次性CVC进行胸腔闭式引流。比较2组胸腔闭式引流效果和相关并发症发生情况。结果 研究组退热时间、胸液消失时间、引流时间和住院时间均明显短于CVC组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总并发症发生率2.50%,低于CVC组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 胸腔积液患者使用腹腔引流导管进行胸腔闭式引流治疗的临床效果优于CVC,具有引流效果充分、并发症少和住院时间短的优点,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of abdominal drainage catheter in closed thoracic drainage of patients with pleural effusion.Methods 80 patients with pleural effusion treated in the respiratory department of Shunchang General Hospital of Nanping City from July 2018 to June 2021 were selected.All patients were hospitalized with closed thoracic drainage.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and central venous catheter(CVC)group,with 40 cases in both groups.The study group used abdominal drainage catheter for closed thoracic drainage,and the CVC group used conventional disposable CVC for closed thoracic drainage.The efects of closed thoracic drainage and related complications were compared between the two groups.Results The antipyretic time,disappearance time of pleural fluid,drainage time and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the CVC group(P<0.05).The total complication rate in the study group was 2.50%lower than 20.00%in the CVC group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of pleural effusion,the clinical effect of closed thoracic drainage with abdominal drainage catheter is better than CVC.It has the advantages of sufficient drainage effect,less complications and short hospital stay.It is worthy of clinical application.
