摘  要:涡轮叶片是航空发动机的核心部件,对其表面进行实时温度测量对于叶片结构设计和航空发动机健康诊断具有重要意义。然而涡轮叶片在高温、高压和高转速的复杂恶劣环境中工作,使用常规测温手段进行叶片温度测量极具挑战性。为了解决叶片表面测温难题,研制了一种基于叶片金属的电感-电容(LC)无线温度传感器,并研究了金属基底对不同金属电极LC无线温度传感器回波损耗和谐振频率的影响。研究结果表明,Ag电极的LC无线温度传感器对金属基底展现出较好的抗衰减特性。此外,叶片金属厚度对传感器的回波损耗影响极其微弱,而金属电极只是在小厚度范围内对传感器回波损耗产生影响,据此确定了最佳的无线传感器结构参数。同时,进一步采用丝网印刷技术在热障涂层上构筑了LC无线温度传感器,实验结果表明,该LC无线温度传感器的射频性能与仿真结果吻合良好,在40~450℃内的灵敏度为0.014 MHz/℃,具有良好的温度敏感特性。Turbine blades are the key component of aeroengine.Real-time temperature measurement of the blade surfaces is of great significance for blade structure design and health diagnosis of aeroengine.However,due to the complex and harsh environment of engine blades including high-temperature,high-pressure and high-rotation,it is challenging for conventional temperature measurement methods to perform temperature measurement of the blades effectively.To solve the urgent requirement of blade temperature measurement,a inductance-capacitance(LC)wireless temperature sensor based on the blade metal was developed.The influences of the metal substrate on the return losses and resonant frequencies of the LC wireless sensors with different metal electrodes were studied.The results show that LC wireless temperature sensor with Ag electrodes exhibits better resistance against attenuation.In addition,the blade metal thickness has almost no significant effect on the return loss of the device,while the variation of the metal electrode thickness in low range makes an obvious difference on the return loss.Therefore,the optimal structural parameters of wireless devices were determined.Meanwhile,the LC wireless temperature sensor on the thermal barrier coating was further constructed by screen-printing technology.The experimental results show that the radio frequency performance of the LC wireless temperature sensor is in good agreement with the simulation result,the sensitivity is 0.014 MHz/℃at 40-450℃,showing good temperature sensitive characteristics.
