摘 要:采用水热法制备了氧化镨(Pr_(6)O_(11))纳米材料,通过场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、X射线能量色散谱仪(EDS)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对所制备微结构的形貌、化学组分和晶体结构进行了表征。分析结果表明,制备的Pr_(6)O_(11)颗粒多为边长(280±42.9)nm的正四面体纯相纳米结构。制备了基于Pr_(6)O_(11)纳米材料的气体传感器,并测试了其对环己酮的气敏性能。测试结果表明,在最佳工作温度(约240℃)下,Pr_(6)O_(11)气体传感器对体积分数为5×10-5的环己酮的响应度可达10.5,响应和恢复时间分别为35和74 s。同时,随着检测环境相对湿度的增加,Pr_(6)O_(11)气体传感器的响应度有所下降,但仍然具备良好的环己酮检测能力,证明其在复杂环境中低浓度环己酮检测领域具有巨大的潜力。Praseodymium oxide(Pr_(6O)_(11))nanomaterial was prepared by a hydrothermal method.The morphology,chemical compositions and crystalline structure were characterized by the field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM),X-ray energy dispersive spectroscope(EDS)and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).The analysis results indicate that the as-prepared Pr_(6O)_(11)nanoparticles are mostly regular tetrahedral pure phase nanostructures with side length of(280±42.9)nm.The gas sensor based on Pr_(6O)_(11)nanostructure was fabricated,and the gas sensing properties to cyclohexanone were studied.The measurement results show that the response can reach 10.5 to cyclohexanone with a volume fraction of 5×10~(-5)at its optimum operating temperature(about 240℃),and its response time and recovery time are 35 and 74 s,respectively.Meanwhile,the response decreases with the rise of relative humidity in the test atmosphere.However,it still shows a good detection ability for cyclohexanone.These results suggest that the Pr_(6O)_(11)gas sensor has great potential for low concentrations of cyclohexanone detection in complicated environments.
