摘　　要：半夏泻心汤作为辛开苦降的代表方,常用于治疗寒热错杂等病症,该文通过临床典型案例,揭示半夏泻心汤不仅治疗脾胃病运用广泛,同时在其他病症中也多有功效,符合症则用其药理论。Banxia Xiexin decoction,as a representative prescription of pungent dispersion bitter purgation,is often used to treat cold and heat disorders and other diseases.Through typical clinical cases,this article reveals that Banxia Xiexin decoction is not only widely used in spleen and stomach diseases,but also effective in other diseases.It is in line with the theory of using its medicine if there is a disease.
