以家庭为中心护理干预措施对肺结核患儿的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨以家庭为中心护理干预措施对肺结核患儿的应用效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年3月广州市胸科医院收治的60例初治肺结核患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予以家庭为中心护理干预措施。比较两组患儿治疗依从性、临床疗效、家属护理满意度。结果:观察组治疗总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.029)。观察组家属护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014)。结论:以家庭为中心护理模式干预肺结核患儿疗效显著,可有效提高患儿用药依从性,提升家属满意度,促进医患关系良好发展。Objective:To investigate the application effect of family-centered nursing intervention measures in children with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:A total of 60 children with initially treated pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to Guangzhou Chest Hospital from April 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given family-centered nursing intervention measure.The treatment compliance,clinical efficacy and satisfaction of family members in two groups were compared.Results:The total compliance rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.021).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.029).The total satisfaction of family members with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014).Conclusion:Family-centered nursing mode intervention for children with pulmonary tuberculosis has significant efficacy,it can effectively improve medication compliance of children,increase the satisfaction of family members,and promote the good development of doctor-patient relationship.
