甲状腺瘤手术患者的围手术期精细化护理干预效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析甲状腺瘤手术患者的围手术期精细化护理干预效果。方法选择我院在2021年3月至2022年5月收治的102例甲状腺瘤手术患者,随机分为研究组和参考组,各51例。参考组甲状腺手术患者护理期间采用一般性护理,研究组甲状腺手术患者实施围手术期精细化护理干预,统计两组甲状腺手术患者满意率、生活质量评分、术后不同时间术后NRS评分、不良心理改善情况。结果研究组甲状腺手术患者满意率明显高于参考组(P<0.05)。两组甲状腺手术患者护理前焦虑、抑郁等不良心理评分以及生理、心理、角色功能、社交/家庭状况等生活质量评分相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。护理后不良心理评分以及生活质量评分均明显改善(P<0.05),且研究组甲状腺手术患者焦虑、抑郁等不良心理评分以及生理、心理、角色功能、社交/家庭状况等生活质量评分改善情况明显优于参考组(P<0.05);研究组甲状腺手术患者各项生活质量评分显著高于参考组(P<0.05);术后两组甲状腺手术患者NRS评分均持续下降(P<0.05),且各时间点研究组NRS评分均低于参考组(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺瘤手术患者配合以围手术期精细化护理干预具有良好效果,能有效改善患者不良情绪,提高患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative refined nursing intervention in patients with thyroid tumor surgery.Methods A total of 102 patients with thyroid tumor surgery admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into study group and reference group,with 51 cases in each group.The reference group received general nursing during thyroid surgery,while the study group received perioperative refined nursing intervention.The satisfaction rate,quality of life score,postoperative NRS score at different postoperative time and adverse psychological improvement of the two groups of thyroid surgery patients were analyzed.Results The satisfaction rate of thyroid surgery patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in anxiety,depression and other adverse psychological scores,as well as physiological,psychological,role function and social/family status of thyroid surgery patients before nursing(P>0.05).The adverse psychological scores and quality of life scores after nursing were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the adverse psychological scores such as anxiety,depression and quality of life scores such as physiological,psychological,role function and social/family status of thyroid surgery patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The life quality scores of thyroid operation patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).NRS scores of thyroid surgery patients in both groups were decreased continuously after surgery(P<0.05),and NRS scores in the study group were lower than those in the reference group at all time points(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative refined nursing intervention for patients with thyroid tumor surgery has a good effect,can effectively improve the adverse mood of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.
