97例儿童EB病毒相关性传染性单核细胞增多症的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童EB病毒相关性传染性单核细胞增多症的临床特点。方法采集2016年5月至2022年4月间我院诊治的97例儿童传染性单核细胞增多症的病历资料,统计患儿性别、年龄分布、临床表现、实验室检查及并发症的数据。结果传染性单核细胞增多症患儿的男女比例为1.77∶1,3~6岁年龄段患儿比例最高(51.5%)。最常见的临床表现为发热(84.5%)、颈部淋巴结肿大(64.9%)、咽峡炎(60.8%)。0~3岁患儿更易出现眼睑浮肿及鼻塞症状。抗EB病毒衣壳抗原IgM的阳性率达92.8%。该病可出现多种并发症。结论该疾病好发于3~6岁儿童,临床表现及并发症呈多样性,需早期识别、早期治疗。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of epstein-barr viris related infectious mononucleosis in children.Methods Collected the clinical data of 97 children with infectious mononucleosis in the period from May 2016 to April 2022 in our hospital.Then analyzed the data of sex,age,clinical characteristics,laboratory examinations and complications.Results In the total of 97 patients,the male to female ratio was 1.77∶1.The proportion of 3-6 years old was highest(51.5%).The most common clinical symptoms and signs included fever(84.5%),lymphadenomegaly(64.9%),pharyngitis(60.8%).Eyelid edema and nasal obstruction were frequently in the children of 0-3 years old.The prevalence of IgM antibody against epstein-barr virus capsid antigen was 92.8%.Many complications may occur in the disease.Conclusions Infectious mononucleosis is more common in males and the period from 3-6 years old in children.The clinical characteristics and complications are complicate.Early diagnosis and treatment are helpful for the prognosis of infectious mononucleosis.
