摘　　要：目的探讨强化健康教育对孕产妇保健知识、行为以及技能提升作用。方法选择2021年1月至2021年12月在我院建档的孕产妇中抽取200例为研究对象,依据随机抽签法将其分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以强化健康教育。比较两组孕产妇健康知识知晓率,保健行为评分、保健技能评分以及孕产妇护理依从度。结果护理后,观察组健康知识各项知晓率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组保健行为中各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组保健技能中的预产期计算、自数胎动、胎教、左侧卧位睡眠、遵医嘱用药各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总护理依从度为96.00%,高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05)。结论强化健康教育对孕产妇具有积极意义,提升保健知识、行为以及技能,增加孕产妇对于护理工作的依从度。Objective To explore the role of strengthening health education in enhancing maternal health knowledge,behavior,and skills.Methods Two hundred pregnant and postpartum women who were registered in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups based on the method of drawing lots,the control group and the observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received strengthened health education.Compare the awareness rate of maternal health knowledge,health behavior score,health skill score,and maternal care compliance between two groups.Results After nursing,the awareness rate of various health knowledge items in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had higher scores in all aspects of health behavior than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had higher scores in terms of expected delivery time calculation,self counting fetal movement,prenatal education,left lying position sleep,and medication adherence than the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing compliance of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 85.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening health education has a positive significance for pregnant and postpartum women,improving their health knowledge,behavior,and skills,and increasing their compliance with nursing work.
