孕晚期妊娠高血压患者血小板参数、凝血功能相关指标检验结果分析

摘　　要：目的深入分析血小板参数、凝血功能相关指标与孕晚期妊娠高血压疾病发生和发展的关系。方法将于2021年12月至2022年12月我院收治的50例孕晚期妊娠高血压患者为对象和同时期接受正常检查的50例孕晚期孕妇为对象,分为观察组和对照组。比较两组孕妇六项凝血指标(PT、APTT、TT、FIB、FDP、D-D)及血小板参数(MPV、PLT、PDW)情况,分析观察组不同疾病严重程度孕妇六项凝血指标和血小板参数的情况,另外采用Pearson相关法分析疾病与上述指标的相关性。结果观察组PT、APTT、TT、PLT水平较对照组低,FIB、FDP、D-D、MPV、PDW水平较对照组高(P<0.05)。与妊娠高血压组相比,子痫前期组PT、APTT、TT、PLT水平较低,FIB、FDP、D-D、MPV、PDW水平较高(P<0.05)。PT、APTT、TT、PLT水平与妊娠高血压疾病呈负相关(P<0.05),FIB、FDP、D-D、MPV、PDW水平与妊娠高血压疾病呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血小板参数、凝血功能指标与孕晚期妊娠高血压疾病严重程度存在一定的相关性,在孕晚期需要做好对孕妇上述指标的检测,为评估和治疗疾病提供依据,降低产妇不良妊娠结局的发生风险。Objective To deeply analyze the relationship between platelet parameters,clotting function and the occurrence and development of hypertensive diseases during the third trimester of pregnancy.Methods Fifty cases of hypertensive patients in the third trimester of pregnancy admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as subjects and 50 cases of pregnant women in the third trimester who received normal examination in the same period were divided into observation group and control group.Six coagulation indexes(PT,APTT,TT,FIB,FDP,D-D)and platelet parameters(MPV,PLT,PDW)of pregnant women in the two groups were compared,and six coagulation indexes and platelet parameters of pregnant women with different disease severity in the observation group were analyzed.In addition,Pearson correlation method was used to analyze the correlation between hypertensive diseases in pregnancy and six coagulation indexes and platelet parameters.Results The levels of PT,APTT,TT and PLT in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,while the levels of FIB,FDP,D-D,MPV and PDW were significantly higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of PT,APTT,TT and PLT in preeclampsia group were significantly lower than those in gestational hypertension group,while the levels of FIB,FDP,D-D,MPV and PDW in preeclampsia group were significantly higher than those in gestational hypertension group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).PT,APTT,TT,and PLT levels were negatively correlated with gestational hypertensive disorders(P<0.05),and FIB,FDP,D-D,MPV,and PDW levels were positively correlated with gestational hypertensive disorders(P<0.05).Conclusions Platelet parameters and coagulation function indicators are correlated with the severity of hypertensive diseases in the third trimester of pregnancy,and all of them are correlated to some extent with the severity of diseases.In the third trimester of pregnancy,it is necessary to do a good job in
