摘　　要：目的通过对团体献血者血液检测结果分析,制定团体献血安全的招募策略,以保障血液安全。方法为研究团体献血复检项目ALT、HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-TP和抗-HIV的疾病不合格构成比及献血人数淘汰率,把团体献血分为高校组、政府组、其他企事业单位组,统计复检结果,进行组内与组间的比较,研究是否有差异。结果团体献血复检项目不合格人数构成比,各组间有统计学差异,P<0.05;除复检项目HBsAg不合格人数淘汰率各组间无统计学差异外,其余复检项目ALT、抗-HCV、抗-TP和抗-HIV及不合格项合计,各组间均有差异,P<0.05,尤以高校组差异最为明显。结论采供血机构应重视团体献血复检结果特点,加强经血传播疾病知识的健康宣教,体检征询时应有针对性的进行询问,在确保采血数量的同时,保证血液质量,避免血液报废,确保输血安全。Objective Based on the analysis of blood test results of group blood donors,the recruitment strategy of group blood donation safety was formulated to ensure blood safety.Methods In order to study the unqualified proportion of ALT,HBsAg,anti HCV,anti TP and anti HIV and the elimination rate of blood donors,the group blood donation was divided into university group,government group and other enterprises and institutions group.The results of the reexamination were statistically analyzed,and the differences between groups were compared.Results There were statistical differences among groups in the proportion of unqualified persons in group blood donation reexamination,P<0.05;except for the elimination rate of unqualified persons in HBsAg reexamination,there were differences in ALT,anti HCV,anti TP,anti HIV and total unqualified items in other reexamination items,P<0.05,especially in college group.Conclusion Blood collection and supply institutions should pay attention to the characteristics of group blood donation reexamination results,strengthen health education on blood borne disease knowledge,and conduct targeted inquiry during physical examination consultation,so as to ensure blood quality,avoid blood scraping and ensure blood transfusion safety while ensuring blood collection quantity.
