补阳还五汤合二陈汤治疗气虚血瘀证型中风恢复期的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨补阳还五汤合二陈汤治疗气虚血瘀证型中风恢复期的临床疗效观察。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月收治的80例气虚血瘀证型中风恢复期患者作为研究对象,用随机数字表法将其分对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组接受二陈汤治疗,观察组接受补阳还五汤联合二陈汤治疗,比较两组患者治疗疗效、中医证候积分、平衡能力、生活活动能力、肢体运动能力、不良反应发生率等。结果观察组治疗疗效95.00%高于对照组67.50%(P<0.05);比较中医证候积分,治疗前的比较结果为P>0.05,治疗后,观察组中医证候积分更低(P<0.05);比较Berg评分、Barthel指数、运动功能评分,治疗前组间P>0.05,治疗后,观察组Berg评分、Barthel指数、运动功能评分更高(P<0.05);比较不良反应发生率(7.50%vs.10.00%),P>0.05。结论补阳还五汤合二陈汤治疗气虚血瘀证型中风恢复期,能更好的改善机体血液流变学指标和疾病症状,提升其运动功能和日常生活能力。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu decoction and Erchen decoction in treating the convalescent stage of stroke with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods Eighty patients with stroke of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in convalescent stage admitted from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases each.The control group was treated with Erchen decoction,and the observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Erchen decoction.The therapeutic effect,TCM syndrome score,balance ability,life activity ability,limb movement ability of the two groups were compared Adverse reaction rate,etc.Results The therapeutic effect of 95.00%in the observation group was higher than that of 67.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the integral of TCM syndrome,before treatment,the comparison between the two groups was P>0.05;the integral of TCM syndrome in the observation group was lower after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with Berg score,Barthel index and motor function score,value between groups before treatment was P>0.05,and after treatment,Berg score,Barthel index and motor function score in observation group were higher(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions was compared(7.50%vs.10.00%),P>0.05.Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Erchen decoction can better improve the hemorheology index and disease symptoms of the body,and improve its motor function and daily living ability in the recovery period of stroke with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
