导管室行个性化护理在肝癌动脉介入栓塞及置管灌注化疗术患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析导管室行个性化护理在肝癌动脉介入栓塞及置管灌注化疗术患者中的应用价值。方法随机把2022年1月至2022年12月期间我院收治的100例肝癌动脉介入栓塞及置管灌注化疗术患者分为对照组和试验组,各为50例。两组患者在导管室分别行常规护理和个性化护理,对比两组护理效果。结果试验组干预后SAS评分、SDS评分比对照组低(P<0.05);试验组干预后生活质量评分均比对照组高(P<0.05);试验组满意度为94.00%,对照组满意度为80.00%,试验组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论肝癌动脉介入栓塞及置管灌注化疗术患者在导管室加强个性化护理,可有效缓解患者心理负面情绪,减少患者并发症,取得更好的预后效果,有助于进一步改善患者生活质量,提高患者满意度。Objective To analyze the application value of personalized nursing in catheterization room in patients with liver cancer undergoing arterial interventional embolization and catheter infusion chemotherapy.Methods One hundred cases of liver cancer patients with arterial embolization and catheterization chemotherapy admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients received routine nursing and personalized nursing in the catheter room,respectively,and compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results SAS score and SDS score of experimental group were lower than those of control group after intervention(P<0.05).Life quality scores of experimental groups were higher than those of control group after intervention(P<0.05).The satisfaction of experimental group was 94.00%and that of control group was 80.00%,and the satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening personalized nursing in catheterization room for patients with liver cancer undergoing arterial interventional embolization and catheterization chemotherapy can effectively alleviate patients'negative psychological emotions,reduce patients'complications,achieve better prognostic effect,help to further improve patients'quality of life,improve patients's atisfaction.
