血小板功能降低的老年高血压患者行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术期间给予FTS护理的作用

摘　　要：目的分析血小板功能降低的老年高血压患者行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术期间给予快速康复护理(FTS)的作用。方法选取我院2020年6月至2021年12月收治96例行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的血小板功能降低的老年高血压患者为例,随机法分为两组,每组各48例,对照组采取常规干预,观察组另加用FTS干预,比较两组干预效果。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间、住院时间、进食时间、下床活动时间均短于对照组,并发症发生率6.25%低于对照组22.92%(P<0.05)。观察组PT、TT低于对照组,Fbg高于对照组,两组凝血指标对比(P<0.05);干预前两组患者关于HAMA、HAMD分数评价无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组患者HAMA、HAMD量表评价分数低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者PSQI量表各项目因子评价分数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的血小板功能降低的老年高血压患者采取FTS干预,可改善术后恢复效果。Objective To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing(FTS)during laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in elderly hypertensive patients with decreased platelet function.Methods From June 2020 to December 2021,96 elderly hypertensive patients with decreased platelet function who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in our hospital were selected as examples.They were randomly divided into two groups with 48 patients each.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received additional FTS intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery time of bowel sounds,defecation time,hospitalization time,eating time,and time to get out of bed activity in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the complication rate of the observation group(6.25%)was lower than that in the control group(22.92%),P<0.05.PT and TT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while Fbg was higher than that in the control group.The blood coagulation indexes in the two groups were compared(P<0.05);Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the evaluation of HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the evaluation scores of HAMA and HAMD scales in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the evaluation scores of each item of the PSQI scale in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion FTS intervention can improve the postoperative recovery in elderly hypertensive patients with decreased platelet function undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.
