亲情护理模式对痔疮患者术后康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的分析亲情模式护理干预对痔疮手术患者康复效果的影响。方法以漳浦县旧镇中心卫生院90例痔疮手术治疗后的患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各45例,实施常规护理干预的为对照组,实施亲情模式护理干预的为亲情模式组,对比两组住院时间、排便时长、首次排便时间及首次排尿时间,患者的视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)疼痛评分、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)及心境状态量表(Profile of Mood States,POMS)评分,生活质量综合评定问卷(Generic Quality of Life Inventory,GQOLI-74)评分以及护理满意度。结果亲情模式组患者住院时间、排便时长、首次排便时间及首次排尿时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),亲情模式组疼痛评分、焦虑评分及心境状态评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),亲情模式组生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分及护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论痔疮患者实施手术的同时给予亲情模式护理干预,能够提高患者的生活质量,改善其心理状态,缩短住院时间及排便等时间,建议在临床中进一步全面推广并应用。Objective To analyze the effect of family mode nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of hemorrhoid surgery patients;Methods Ninety patients with hemorrhoids after surgical treatment in Zhangpu County Jiu Town Center Health Center were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group,the implementation of routine nursing intervention as the control group,and the implementation of family mode nursing intervention as the family mode group.The length of hospital stay,defecation time,first defecation time and first urination time of the two groups were compared.Pain scoring,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Profile of Mood States(POMS)scores,Generic Quality of Life Inventory(GQOLI-74)scores,and nursing satisfaction.Results Hospitalization time,defecation time,first defecation time and first urination time in family mode group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05),pain score,anxiety score and mood state score in family mode group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of GQOLI-74 and nursing satisfaction in family mode group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The operation of hemorrhoids patients at the same time to give family mode nursing intervention,can improve the quality of life of patients,improve their psychological state,shorten the length of hospital stay and defecation time,it is recommended to further comprehensive promotion and application in clinical.
