产后访视护理干预对产褥期妇女生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨产后访视及妇女保健在产后康复,尤其是精神康复中的应用价值。伴随着社会发展,生理学-心理-社会发展现代医学模式的改变及其人们对于康复服务市场需求的不断增加。方法选择20例个案深入跟进研究,将其分为对照组(n=10)和观察组(n=10)。比较两组产妇的生活质量、心理状况、保健知识评分和行为层面评分、护理满意度。结果观察组在生理状况、疼痛程度、社会交往、精神情况方面的评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组在焦虑评分、抑郁评分方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在保健知识评分、行为层面评分方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为90%,对照组护理满意度为60%。结论产后访视可以改善产妇情绪与生活质量,提高产妇产后知识认知与掌握率,可积极预防产妇产后抑郁症。Objective To explore the application value of postpartum visits and women's health care in postpartum rehabilitation,especially in mental rehabilitation,accompanied by the changes of the modern medical model of physiology-psychology-social development and the continuous increase in people's demand for rehabilitation services in the market.Methods Twenty cases were selected for in-depth follow-up studies and divided into control group(n=10)and observation group(n=10).The quality of life,psychological status,health knowledge score,behavioral level score,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group scored better than the control group in terms of physiological status,pain level,social interaction,and mental condition(P<0.05).After nursing,the observation group was better than the control group in terms of anxiety score and depression score(P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group in terms of health knowledge score and behavioral level score(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction was 90%in the observation group and 60%in the control group.Conclusion Postpartum visits can improve the mood and quality of life of mothers,improve their postpartum knowledge acquisition and awareness rate,and actively prevent postpartum depression.
