摘　　要：In the wake of the successful conclusion of the 20thNational Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC), we held a seminar themed on “Deeply Studying and Implementing the Spirit of the 20thCPC National Congress and Adhering to the Chinese Path of Human Rights Development”. The event happened at the right time as it took place right after the congress and was of great significance. Here, I would like to share some of my views on how to study, promote and implement the spirit of the 20thCPC National Congress in the human rights sector.
