摘 要:边海防是国家安全的战略防线,是维护国家根本利益的安全屏障。近年来,我国经济社会的发展和国内外的安全环境都发生着巨大变化,边境与沿海地区日益成为内外矛盾和利益的交汇地带,但是边防区域地理位置复杂、边境线漫长,无人值守边防站、出入境口岸等边境监控重点区域分布广、与监控中心距离远,且微波、雷达等周界防护手段受限于自然天气,对边海防地区的安全管理造成极大影响。因此,该文旨在设计一款超低功耗、低成本、分布式且全天候远距离边海防监控系统,适用于对无人区、边境区等点多线长面广的区域进行长期监控,可全面提升边海防管控能力。Border and coastal defense is a strategic line of defense of national security and a security barrier for safeguarding the fundamental interests of the country.In recent years,great changes have taken place in China's economic and social development and the security environment at home and abroad.The border and coastal areas have increasingly become the intersection of internal and external contradictions and interests,but the geographical location of the border defense area is complex and the border line is long.The key areas of border monitoring such as unattended border stations and entry and exit ports are widely distributed and far away from the monitoring center,and the perimeter protection means such as microwave and radar are limited by natural weather.It has a great impact on the security management of border and coastal defense areas.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to design an ultra-low-power,low-cost,distributed,all-weather long-distance border and coastal defense monitoring system,which is suitable for long-term monitoring in areas such as no man's land and border areas,and can comprehensively improve the ability of border and coastal defense management and control.
