摘 要:近年来,全国城镇建筑数量不断增多,建筑类火灾比重逐年提高。建筑火灾会对人的生命、财产安全等构成严重威胁。该文以某建筑火灾后结构鉴定及加固处理为例,分析当房屋遭受火灾后,对建筑结构构件及材料功能都会有一定的损害,会导致结构承载力下降,因而需要对火灾后的建筑进行灾后检测及加固处理。In recent years,the number of urban buildings in China is increasing,and the proportion of building fires is increasing year by year.Building fire will pose a serious threat to human life and property safety.This paper takes the structural identification and reinforcement treatment of a building after a fire as an example to analyze that when the building suffers a fire,it will have certain damage to the building structural components and material functions,which will lead to the decline of the structural bearing capacity.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out post-disaster detection and reinforcement treatment of the building after a fire.
