“先封顶,后结底”全逆作法深基坑底板防排水系统施工技术研究

摘　　要：存在渗透地下水的软岩深基坑,通过在地下室底板设置盲沟排水+多次重复注浆防水等“疏堵结合”的防排水措施,避免底板因地下水浮力、渗透压力影响结构稳定和耐久。施工阶段临时排水沟按照导水盲沟的位置、尺寸开挖,实现临时排水沟与盲沟的永临结合,在集水井内嵌套布置临时水箱,实现底板干作业,确保底板底防水层及底板混凝土浇筑施工质量。地下水通过盲沟系统进入雨水回收系统,可作施工用水与医院中水,节约水资源。逆作法施工时,底板混凝土的收缩容易造成底板与地下连续墙接缝开裂,将多次重复注浆工艺用于接缝防水,既解决施工阶段的孔隙和裂缝封堵,也为使用阶段裂缝防治提供便捷方案。There is a soft rock deep foundation pit infiltrating groundwater.Through the"combination of dredging and plugging"waterproofing measures such as blind ditch drainage and repeated grouting waterproofing in the basement floor,the structural stability and durability of the floor can be avoided due to groundwater buoyancy and seepage pressure.In the construction stage,the temporary drainage ditch is excavated according to the location and size of the blind diversion ditch,the permanent combination of the temporary drainage ditch and the blind ditch is realized,the temporary water tank is nested in the catchment well,and the dry operation of the floor is realized.This ensures the construction quality of waterproof layer and concrete pouring at the bottom of the floor.The groundwater enters the rain water recovery system through the blind ditch system,which can be used as construction water and hospital reclaimed water to save water resources.During the reverse construction,the shrinkage of the floor concrete is easy to cause the crack of the joint between the floor and the underground diaphragm wall.The repeated grouting technology is applied to the waterproof of the joint,which not only solves the sealing of pores and cracks in the construction stage,but also provides a convenient scheme for crack prevention in the use stage.
