摘 要:该文介绍绿水洞煤矿为监控井下供电系统,采用安设一套井下电力监控系统。通过改造高、低压开关设备综合保护器模块,安装带RS485通信功能的综合保护器,并为各设备提供兼容的通信协议,实现监控井下变电所的高、低压开关设备的技术。同时结合矿井工业视频监控系统,实现变电所无人值守和远程监控的运行模式,保障井下工业环网、智能化工作面等重要设备供电需求,达到降低成本和安全供电的目的,从而提高煤矿井下安全生产工作效率和管理水平。This paper introduces the installation of a set of underground power monitoring system in Lushuidong Coal Mine to monitor the underground power supply system.Through the transformation of the integrated protector module of high and low voltage switchgear,the integrated protector with RS485 communication function is provided,and a compatible communication protocol is provided for each equipment,thus realizing the technology of monitoring the high and low voltage switchgear of underground substations.At the same time,according to the mine industrial video surveillance system,the operation mode of unattended substation and remote monitoring is realized,which ensures the power supply demand of important equipment such as underground industrial ring network and intelligent working face,and achieves the purpose of cost reduction and power supply safety.As a result,the work efficiency and management level of coal mine safety production are improved.
