摘 要:当前,实验室计量无法完全复现测量仪表在现场复杂多变的运行环境,使量值溯源的意义和价值有所降低,因此,仪表无须离开现场环境的在线计量成为计量领域新发展方向。在线计量与实验室计量回路存在差异而引入新的热电势,对其进行控制是保障高精度、小信号回路测量准确的重要手段。本文基于温差电效应,分析设计校准回路,实验结果表明:最大回路寄生电势为0.809μV,满足不超过4μV的要求,其有效性及在线计量技术的可行性能有益补充计量模式。At present,laboratory measurement can not fully reproduce the complex and changeable operating envi-ronment of measuring instruments in the field,which reduces the significance and value of measurement source.Therefore,online measurement without instruments leaving the field environment has become a new devel-opment direction in the field of measurement.The new thermoelectric potential is introduced due to the difference between online and laboratory metering circuits,and its control is an important means to ensure high precision and accurate measurement of small signal circuits.Based on the thermoelectric effect,the calibration loop is analyzed and designed.The experimental results show that the maximum parasitic potential of the loop is 0.809,which meets the requirement of less than 4.Its effectiveness and the feasibility of online measurement technology can supplement the measurement mode.
