摘　　要：信息技术的快速发展对测试结果一致性和准确性的要求越来越高,相对于传统物理量计量,信息技术产品类型众多,指标参数、测试方法和测试过程复杂,影响测试结果的因素涉及环境、硬件、操作系统、人员操作等多方面。目前,我国信息领域计量技术的研究还处于起步阶段,为推动其发展,本文详细阐述了该领域国外主要计量技术机构的研究现状、内容和规划,提出了信息领域计量框架,为我国开展信息领域计量技术研究提供参考。The rapid development of information technology has increasingly higher requirements for the consistency and accuracy of test results.Compared with traditional physical quantity measurement,there are many types of in-formation technology products,complex index parameters,test methods and test processes,and factors affecting test results involve env ironment,hardware,operating system,personnel operation and other aspects.At present,our re-search in the field of measurement technology is still in its infancy.In order to promote its development,this paper describes in detail the status,content and planning of foreign major measurement institutions in the field of meas-urement technology,and puts forward the framework of information field measurement technology,providing refer-ence for our country to carry out information field measurement technology research.
