摘  要:宁夏某高速公路工程拟采用煤矸石进行路基填筑,因煤矸石中可能含有重金属等物质,为保证工程的环保,拟对煤矸石路堤填料区采取上下封层+包边土的方案将煤矸石填料封闭在路堤内部,防止降雨及地下水侵入路基内部浸润煤矸石材料带出重金属成分等造成污染,因工程周边地区缺乏低渗透性黏土,拟采用砂土进行改性试验,研究可用于包边土的砂砾土改性配合比方案。试验结果确定了砂砾∶水泥∶水配合比为100∶4∶4时为最佳配合比,通过试验方案的设计优化,综合了配合比试验、渗透性试验、密度试验结果,取得了理想的试验结果,解决了工程难题,对相似项目具有良好的借鉴意义。An expressway project in Ningxia is planned to use coal gangue for subgrade filling.Because the coal gangue may contain heavy metals and other substances,in order to ensure the environmental protection of the project,it is proposed to adopt the scheme of upper and lower sealing layer+wrapped soil for the coal gangue embankment filling area to seal the coal gangue filling inside the embankment,to prevent the pollution caused by rainfall and groundwater intrusion into the subgrade,and the coal gangue material soaked in the coal gangue material brings out heavy metal components,etc.due to the lack of low permeability clay in the surrounding area of the project,it is proposed to use sand for modification test to study the mix ratio scheme that can be used for the surrounding soil.The test results determine that the best mix ratio is 100:4:6 for gravel:cement:water.Through the design and optimization of the test plan,the results of the mix ratio test,permeability test and density test are integrated,and the ideal test results are obtained,which solve the engineering problems,and have good reference significance for similar projects.
