摘　　要：随着房地产市场的快速发展和人们的维权意识越来越高,人们对住宅环境高品质需求与住宅工程中渗漏问题频发之间的矛盾,成为当前房地产行业亟需解决的难题。论文通过对常见渗漏原因的分析,提出了相应的防控措施和构件科学化的施工管理方案,以保证施工工序的规范性,为住宅工程高质量可持续发展提供参考。With the rapid development of the real estate market and the increasing awareness of people's rights protection,the contradiction between people's demand for high-quality residential environment and the frequent leakage of residential projects has become a difficult problem to be solved in the current real estate industry.Through the analysis of common leakage causes,the paper puts forward corresponding prevention and control measures and scientific construction management scheme of components to ensure the standardization of construction process and provide reference for high-quality sustainable development of residential engineering.Promote high-quality and high-quality construction of residential projects.
