摘　　要：随着我国经济水平的不断提高,城市建设日新月异,人们对住房的需求量也达到新的高度,新材料、新工艺、新技术也跟随着建筑行业同步发展和应用,施工效率和施工进度大幅提升。但过快的施工速度、新材料、新工艺不完全成熟等因素制约了房屋建筑的质量发展,渗漏就是其中最常见的缺陷和通病。本文以渗漏为基点,通过细致分析、归纳总结、研究探索,得出在防治渗漏通病方面的方法建议,以更好地提高工程质量,增加社会认可度,提升百姓居住舒适度。With the continuous improvement of China's economic level,urban construction is changing with each passing day,and people's demand for housing has reached a new height.New materials,new processes and new technologies have also been developed and applied with the construction industry,and the construction efficiency and progress have been greatly improved.However,the rapid construction speed,new materials,new technology and other factors have restricted the quality development of housing construction,and leakage is the most common defect and common disease.Based on leakage,through careful analysis,summary,research and exploration,this paper comes up with methods and suggestions on prevention and treatment of common leakage problems,in order to better improve the quality of the project,increase social recognition,and improve the living comfort of the people.
