摘　　要：某地下车库发现构件有不同程度开裂现象,受业主委托对该地下车库进行检测,并进行原因分析。经现场检测,查明了该地下车库构件开裂及筏板变形情况。经对地基承载力、抗浮进行验算,发现二者均满足设计规范要求。最后,结合工程资料、顶板覆土、构件破坏形式及范围,得出事故是由于该区域顶板无覆土且停止降水导致抗浮失效引起的。Cracking was found in different degrees in the components of an underground garage,the owner entrusted to test and analyze the cracked basement.According to field testing,the cracking of the components and the deformation of the foundation were found out.After checking and calculating the foundation bearing capacity and anti-floating,it is found that they both meet the requirements of design specifications.Finally,based on the engineering data,the roof overburden weight condition,the damage form and scope of components,it is concluded that the accident is caused by the anti-floating failure caused by the roof without covering soil and the stop of precipitation.
