考虑运营过程的散货堆场稳定性分析

摘　　要：散货堆场运营期可以利用后期堆放的货物作为附加荷载,实现强度增长,考虑提升高度的可行性。本文从现状稳定性出发,讨论了散货堆高方案的可行性,以及推荐的实践方案。分析结果表明,在现状运营状态下,直接提升高度,存在较大的失稳风险;逐渐提升高度至目标值,可以实现稳定性满足要求;伴随着运营期不同增加运营荷载,土体将再次发生固结,以及相邻堆场散货荷载发挥反压作用,是稳定性提高的内在原因。在实际运营过程中,建议考虑堆场运营过程中地基时空增强效应进行固结度完成时间理论分析,并结合自动化监测分析,达到缩短提升高度间隔时间,实现提高运营效率。During the operation period of the bulk cargo yard,the goods piled up in the later period can be used as additional loads to achieve strength growth,and the feasibility of raising the height can be considered.Based on the stability of the embodiment of the heap,the feasibility of the heap raising scheme and the recommended operation scheme are discussed.The analysis results show that increasing the existing reactor directly to the target value will lead to the instability risk of the reactor.The stability of the reactor can meet the requirement by increasing the reactor to the target value gradually.With the increasing of the reactor,the foundation will be consolidated again,and the reverse pressure of the adjacent reactor is the internal reason for the improvement of stability.In practice,it is suggested to consider the spatio-temporal enhancement effect of foundation in the operation process of storage yard to predict the theoretical consolidation degree reaching time,and combine with the consolidation degree monitoring to modify the reaching time,so as to shorten the effect of preloading time.
