摘　　要：某写字楼门窗在日常使用过程中,出现了铝合金外窗掉角、漏风漏雨,铝合金门启闭故障等问题。现场通过对铝合金门窗装配质量、安装质量进行相应检测,并结合实际情况对门窗五金件进行了力学计算,得出了门窗五金件装配位置不精确、门窗面板与铝合金框架间缺失支承、限位垫块等,是造成上述问题的主要原因。针对上述铝合金门窗常见的质量缺陷问题,给出了相应的处理建议。Some office doors and Windows in the daily use process,there are aluminum alloy window Angle,air leakage,rain leakage,aluminum alloy door opening and closing failure.On site through the aluminum alloy doors and Windows assembly quality,installation quality of the corresponding detection,and combined with the actual situation of the door and window hardware mechanical calculation,the door and Windows hardware assembly position is not accurate,the window panel and aluminum alloy frame between the missing support,limit pad,etc.,is the main cause of the above problems.In view of the common quality defects of aluminum alloy doors and Windows,the corresponding treatment suggestions are given.
