摘　　要：在立法与执法过程中,法律始终结合民众需求进行着必要的创新改革,因此,新行政法的兴起是时代发展的必然。随着社会经济的快速发展和治理理念的变革,行政协商作为一种协商和沟通的方式,在行政法领域得到了越来越广泛的应用。文章重点关注行政协商的作用和意义,旨在为新行政法的未来发展提供有益参考。In the process of legislation and law enforcement,the law always carries out necessary innovative reforms in accordance with the needs of the people.Therefore,the rise of the new administrative law is inevitable for the development of the times.With the rapid development of social economy and the transformation of governance concepts,administrative consultation,as a means of consultation and communication,has been increasingly widely applied in the field of administrative law.The article focuses on the role and significance of administrative consultation,aiming to provide useful references for the future development of the new administrative law.
