摘　　要：文章首先探究了北爱尔兰问题的历史形成,重点考察了北爱民族冲突的本质和根源,然后结合北爱尔兰冲突的和平进程,分析了北爱和平协议的架构和影响北爱和平的具体因素,最后基于北爱尔兰问题,总结出多民族国家促使民族宗教矛盾走向和解的有效方式。The article first explores the historical formation of the Troubles of Northern Ireland,focusing on the essence and root causes of the ethnic conflicts in Northern Ireland,then analyzes the framework of the Northern Ireland Peace Agreement and the specific factors that affect the peace in Northern Ireland in combination with the peace process of the Northern Ireland conflict,and finally,the paper summarizes the effective ways for multi-ethnic countries to promote the reconciliation of ethnic and religious conflicts.
