摘　　要：“编辑网络学习共同体”作为新兴的学习型组织,因其独具特色的组织引领方式,在培养学习型编辑、促进编辑专业化发展方面越来越发挥着重要的引领作用。文章挖掘“编辑网络学习共同体”助力编辑专业化发展的重要价值,提出“编辑网络学习共同体”学习型编辑专业化发展的策略,以期为编辑专业化发展提供新的思路和方向。As an emerging learning organization,the“Editors’Network Learning Community”is playing an increasingly important leading role in cultivating learning editors and promoting the professional development of editors due to its unique organizational leadership approach.The article explores the important value of the“Editors’Network Learning Community”in assisting the development of editing specialization and proposes strategies for the development of learning oriented editing specialization in the community,in order to provide new ideas and directions for the development of editing specialization.
