摘　　要：土木工程施工项目管理是必不可少的管理任务,因这一工程在建设中涉及复杂的工序、资源和技术,要确保工程保质保量、按时完工,必须有系统性的项目管理工作来支持。然而,当前中国针对土木工程施工形成的项目管理并不完善,在施工质量和成本管控、人员分配等方面缺乏有效的控制和监督,使得项目管理无法创造更大效益,影响了工程建设质量。因此,土木工程施工中,加强项目管理质量,探究更高的管理水平成为当下面临的主要问题。论文以此为主题,分析土木工程施工项目管理中常见的问题,并提出具体解决策略。Civil engineering construction project management is an essential management task,because this project in the construction of complex process,resources and technology,to ensure the quality and quantity of the project,completed on time,there must be a systematic project management work to support.However,at present,the project management for civil engineering construction in China is not perfect,and the lack of effective control and supervision in the construction quality,cost control,personnel allocation and other aspects,which makes the project management can not create greater benefits,affecting the quality of engineering construction.Therefore,in the civil engineering construction,strengthening the quality of project management and exploring the higher management level have become the main problems faced at present.On this theme,this paper analyzes the common problems in civil engineering construction project management,and puts forward specific solution strategies.
