摘 要:本文针对矿用卡车在矿场作业过程中所遇到的维修难题,对矿用卡车的维修技术进行了研究和探究。首先,笔者对矿用卡车维修技术的现状进行了分析和评估,并明确了矿用卡车维修技术的研究方向。接着,本文通过对特殊矿用卡车的维修技术、维修模式的创新研究以及机器人化应用进行了系统的探究和分析。此外,本文还介绍了煤矿、金矿和铜矿等不同类型矿用卡车维修技术的实际应用案例。最后,本文对矿用卡车维修技术的未来展望进行了探究,预计矿用卡车维修技术将朝着智能化和自动化方向发展,并提出了矿用卡车维修技术未来发展的关键因素和发展方向。In view of the maintenance problems encountered by mining trucks in the process of mine operation,this paper studies and explores the maintenance technology of mining trucks.Firstly,the author analyzes and evaluates the current situation of mining truck maintenance technology,and clarifies the research direction of mining truck maintenance technology.Then,this paper systematically explores and analyzes the maintenance technology,innovative research of maintenance mode and robotization application of special mining trucks.In addition,the article also introduces practical application cases of different types of mining truck maintenance technology such as coal,gold and copper mines.Finally,this paper explores the future prospect of mining truck maintenance technology,predicts that mining truck maintenance technology will develop in the direction of intelligence and automation,and puts forward the key factors and development directions for the future development of mining truck maintenance technology.
