摘 要:本文针对皮带电机驱动形式以及液压缸驱动形式的两种统矫直机换辊小车在使用中存在的车轮打滑、更换检修困难,影响换辊效率等问题,根据生产要求和现场工况,采用一种新的改进设计方案:采用齿轮齿条同步装置,使换辊小车装置在齿轮齿条机构作用下同步受力;同时将皮带传动机构改为电机与传动轴直连的方式,避免采用皮带传动方式造成的皮带轮磨损;其次在设计上将轴承座设计为一高一低结构形式,使得整体机构安装及拆卸更加便捷,节省检修维护时间。In view of the problems of wheel slippage,replacement and maintenance difficulties,affecting the efficiency of roller changing in the use of two types of belt motor drive form and hydraulic cylinder drive form,this paper adopts a new improved design scheme according to production requirements and site conditions.The rack and pinion synchronization device is adopted to make the roller changing trolley device synchronously under the action of the rack and pinion mechanism.At the same time,the belt drive mechanism is changed to the direct connection between the motor and the drive shaft to avoid the wear of the pulley caused by the belt transmission method.The bearing housing is designed as a high and a low structure,which makes the installation and disassembly of the overall mechanism more convenient and saves maintenance time.
