航天测控网数传资源优化策略研究

摘　　要：针对测运控资源调度紧张的现状,文章提出基于滑动窗口灵活匹配、智能算法资源转让及测控数传一体化等3种数传资源优化策略,通过非全弧段跟踪与跟踪窗口滑动灵活配置组合运用的方法,进行测运控资源的优化分配。利用该方法,一方面可以有效节省人力资源的成本;另一方面也将大大提高应急条件下的系统响应时效,使得数传资源的使用效率进一步提升。通过算例验证,结果表明:该优化策略可实现航天测控网数传资源的合理分配,有效提高任务满足率,可为后续工程应用提供参考。Aiming at the current situation of existing difficulties of measurement,operation and control of scheduling resources,this paper proposes an optimization method of the distribution of the resources.The optimization method takes effect based on three strategies including flexible matching of sliding window,resources transfer through intelligent algorithm and integration of TT&C and data transmission.In addition,by using the method,the cost of human resources can be effectively saved and the system response time under emergency conditions can be shortened.Therefore,the efficiency of data transmission is improved.The verification results show that:The optimization strategy proposed in this paper can realize a reasonable allocation of data transmission resources in space TT&C network,effectively improve the mission satisfaction rate,and provide reference for further engineering applications.
