摘 要:卫星大量振动试验结果表明,预振和复振响应普遍存在不同程度的差异现象(“预复振差异”)。针对该问题,工程上主要依靠设计师的经验分析进行故障定位,效率低、准确性差。基于此,文章首先提出了预复振响应的相似度分析方法,利用全频段相似度分析进行故障定位,进一步针对故障部位的响应进行分频段相似度分析,得到预复振差异频段,为设计师校核和改进结构提供量化的标准;然后,基于该方法建立了卫星振动试验结果评价的详细流程;最后,以某卫星承力筒为研究对象,设计了激振试验,分析结果表明:该方法可以实现卫星预复振试验结果的量化评估,提高产品研制效率。A large number of vibration tests demonstrate that the responses of pre-and post-vibration generally change in varying degrees(as the pre/post-vibration difference).However,there is a lack of diagnostic means for pre/post-vibration differences in engineering,and the failure locating is mainly based on designers’experience,which results in inefficiency and inaccuracy.Firstly,a similarity analysis method of pre/post-vibration responses was proposed,and the failure locating was carried out by using the full-frequency similarity analysis.Furthermore,the difference frequency bands of pre/post-vibration were obtained by the similarity analysis of sub-frequency for the response of the failure location.Then,based on fault locating technology,the evaluation system of pre/post-vibration results is established.Finally,the excitation vibration test was designed for a satellite bearing cylinder.The experimental results show that this method can realize the quantitative evaluation of satellite pre/post-vibration test results and improve the efficiency of product development.
