再生铅有色塑料自动分选制粒线设计研究

摘　　要：再生铅生产过程中以废旧铅酸电池为主要原料,主要伴随的副产品为颜色多样的塑料外壳。塑料外壳通常在粉碎机粉碎后,再经过简单清洗筛选直接售出。提出采用一套有色塑料自动分选制粒线,对废旧铅酸电池塑料外壳进行二次清洗、颜色分选以及塑料制粒,形成单色塑料颗粒。通过在权属公司进行实际试验,有色塑料分选合格率达到99.64%,塑料分选后单位售价提高300~500元/t,年处理有色塑料1万t,项目静态回收期1.43年,经济效益明显。In the production process of regenerated lead,waste lead acid batteries are the main raw materials,and the main by-products are colorful plastic shells.The plastic shell is usually sold directly after being crushed in the pulverizer,simply cleaned and screened.In this paper,a set of colored plastic automatic sorting and granulating line was proposed to clean the plastic shell of waste lead-acid batteries for the second time,color sorting and plastic granulation to form monochromatic plastic particles.Through the actual test in the ownership company,the qualified rate of colored plastic sorting has reached 99.64%.After plastic sorting,the unit selling price has increased by 300 yuan/ton to 500 yuan/ton.10000 tons of colored plastic could be processed annually.The static recovery period of the project is 1.43 years,and the economic benefits are obvious.
