长三角地区低碳经济发展水平及空间相关性研究

摘  要:为推动我国低碳经济发展,基于低碳经济相关内涵构建DPSIRM低碳经济评价指标体系,使用熵权TOPSIS法对长三角地区41个城市低碳经济发展水平进行测度与分析。研究发现:2010-2014年长三角地区低碳经济发展水平出现倒退,2015-2019年发展情况逐渐好转;省域低碳经济发展水平对比可见,上海最优,江苏省和浙江省为第二梯队,安徽省综合表现欠佳;近十年长三角地区65.85%的城市低碳经济发展处于低水平区。以上结果显示长三角地区低碳经济发展水平差异较大且整体偏低。In order to promote the development of my country’s low-carbon economy,based on the low-carbon economy related connotation,the DPSIRM low-carbon economy evaluation index system was constructed.Using entropy weight topsis method,it measured and analyzed the level of low-carbon economy development and space correlation between 41 cities in the Changjiang River Delta region from 2010 to 2014.It found that the low-carbon economy development level in the Changjiang River Delta region regressed from 2010 to 2014,and the development gradually improved from 2015 to 2019.From the comparison of provincial low-carbon economy development levels,Shanghai is the best,Jiangsu and Zhejiang Province are the second tier,and Anhui Province has a poor overall performance.In the past decade 65.85%of the cities in the Changjiang River Delta region are in the low-level area.The above results showed that the overall level of low-carbon economic development in the Changjiang River Delta region is low and varies widely.
