摘 要:本文以济南某住宅案例为基础,以碳排放量为衡量标准,对实现低碳住宅的关键技术如围护结构关键节点处理、低碳能源应用、建材低碳化应用等方面进行研究,提出住宅碳排放量减排策略,并借助碳排放计算,通过与普通住宅建筑对比,研判以目前成熟的产品和技术,住宅建筑能达到的低碳程度,以期为低碳住宅实施与评价提供准则和评判依据。Based on a residential case in Jinan and taking the carbon emission as the measurement standard,this paper studies the key technologies to realize low-carbon housing,such as the treatment of key nodes of envelope structure,the application of low-carbon energy and the application of low-carbon building materials,puts forward the residen-tial carbon emission reduction strategy,and compares it with ordinary residential buildings with the help of carbon emission calculation,study and judge the low-car-bon degree that residential buildings can achieve with the current mature products and technologies,in order to provide criteria and evaluation basis for the implementa-tion and evaluation of low-carbon housing.
