摘  要:济南泉水具有恒低温、涌量大的特点。针对民居热工性能差、泉水景观缺失以及无序改造的问题,从片区层面入手,将泉水引入院落内部泉池以调节微气候、改善景观,再通过热泵机组实现建筑与泉水的能量交换。改造后经PHOENICS软件模拟表明环境改善明显,同时计算表明泉水热泵系统可以满足片区夏、冬季需求,并有效减少碳排放。The spring fountain has the characteristics of constant temperatureand massflow.In viewof the problem of the performance of the residential heat,the lack of water landscape and the problem of disarrangement,the spring will be introduced into the interior spring pool to adjust the microclimate and improve the landscape,and then the energy exchange of the building and the spring will be re-alized through the heat pump unit.After the modification of the phoenics software simulation,the environmental im-provement is obvious,and the calculation shows that the spring heat pump system can meet the summer,winter demand and reduce the carbon emissions.
