摘　　要：基于有限转角力矩电机的测试要求设计了相关测试系统。该系统主要分为三大部分,分别为电气性能测试系统、静态和动态性能测试系统、电机定/转子磁环磁场分布测试系统。其中,电气性能测试系统依靠专用仪器测量有限转角电机的绕组电阻、电感以及绝缘电阻;静态和动态性能测试系统共用部分台架和仪器,依靠NI高速数据采集模块分别完成各部分的数据采集;电机定/转子磁环磁场分布测试系统依靠YC-3113多极磁环测量仪测试磁环以及磁极。希望能够为相关行业工作人员提供一定的技术借鉴。This article designs a relevant testing system based on the testing requirements of limited angle torque motors.The system is mainly divided into three parts,namely electrical performance testing system,static and dynamic performance testing system,and motor stator/rotor magnetic ring magnetic field distribution testing system.Among them,the electrical performance testing system relies on specialized instruments to measure the winding resistance,inductance,and insulation resistance of a limited angle motor;The static and dynamic performance testing systems share a common platform and instruments,and rely on the NI high-speed data acquisition module to complete data collection for each part separately;The motor stator/rotor magnetic ring magnetic field distribution testing system relies on the YC-3113 multi-pole magnetic ring measuring instrument to test the magnetic ring and poles.Hope to provide certain technical references for relevant industry staff.
