脱硫剂在铜片腐蚀超标治理中的研究与应用

摘　　要：渤海油田某终端厂存在铜片腐蚀超标问题,严重影响终端厂生产的液化石油气质量。为解决终端厂铜片腐蚀超标的问题,终端厂决定采取添加缓蚀剂的方式解决。分别采用水溶性(吗啉盐酸盐)与油溶性(三嗪衍生物)作为脱硫剂进行脱硫处理,按照SH/T0232-1992(2004)《液化石油气铜片腐蚀试验法》进行实验,验证两种缓蚀剂的防腐效果,实验表明经过处理的液化石油气铜片腐蚀达到合格水平。重点对现场加注两类脱硫剂治理铜片腐蚀的实际使用综合效果进行了比较,研究水溶性(吗啉盐酸盐)与油溶性(三嗪衍生物)最适宜的添加浓度和反应时间。There is a problem of copper strip corrosion exceeding the standard at a terminal plant in Bohai Oilfield,which seriously affects the quality of liquefied petroleum gas produced by the terminal plant.In order to solve the problem of excessive corrosion of copper sheets in the terminal factory,the terminal factory has decided to add corrosion inhibitors to solve the problem.Water soluble(morpholine hydrochloride)and oil soluble(triazine derivative)were used as desulfurization agents for desulfurization treatment,and experiments were conducted in accordance with SH/T 0232-1992(2004)“Liquefied Petroleum Gas Copper Strip Corrosion Test Method”to verify the anti-corrosion effect of the two corrosion inhibitors.The experiments showed that the treated liquefied petroleum gas copper strip corrosion reached qualified standards;This article focuses on comparing the actual comprehensive effects of on-site injection of two types of desulfurizers to treat copper strip corrosion,and studying the most suitable addition concentration and reaction time for water-soluble(morpholine hydrochloride)and oil-soluble(triazine derivative).
