摘　　要：为探讨住宅小区规划设计要点,结合具体项目案例,对相关设计方案展开综合论述。首先介绍了项目概况和设计理念等内容;然后重点针对总体规划布局、功能区域划分、小区景观设计和交通流线设计进行说明;同时就设计项目中存在的难点问题和解决方案加以阐述,包括规划方案比选、户型设计、立面设计等。希望能够为相关行业从业人员进一步掌握设计思路以及规划方法提供一定的参考和依据。To explore the key points of residential community planning and design,this article combines specific project cases to comprehensively discuss the relevant design schemes.Firstly,the project overview and design concept were introduced;Then focus on explaining the overall planning layout,functional area division,community landscape design,and traffic flow design;At the same time,elaborate on the difficulties and solutions that exist in the design project,including planning scheme comparison and selection,apartment design,facade design,etc.Hope to provide some reference and basis for practitioners in relevant industries to further master design ideas and planning methods.
