摘 要:随着生态文明建设发展,人们对高质量生活的不断追求,让交通噪声污染成为公众关注的焦点。同时,城市地面交通也在迅速“高架化”发展,如何经济有效地降低城市高架交通噪声,设计出合规、合理的降噪方案成为该类工程推进的一个重点、难点。以上海市外环西段交通功能提升工程为例,从降噪效果、工程实施条件、造价成本、养护方式等4个方面对城市高架路典型降噪措施声屏障的设计方案进行综合研究,并结合噪声敏感建筑的特点,提出可行且经济的声屏障方案,为此类工程的交通噪声污染防治提供技术依据。With the construction of ecological civilization and people’s continuous pursuit of high-quality life,traffic noise pollution has become a focus of public attention.At the same time,urban ground transportation is also rapidly developing into“elevated”.How to economically and effectively reduce urban elevated traffic noise and design compliant and reasonable noise reduction plans has become a key and difficult point in the promotion of such projects.Taking the traffic function improvement project of the west section of the Outer Ring Road in Shanghai as an example,this paper conducts a comprehensive study on the design scheme of the typical noise reduction measures of the urban overpass from four aspects of noise reduction effect,project implementation conditions,cost,and maintenance methods,and proposes a feasible and economic sound barrier scheme in combination with the characteristics of noise sensitive buildings,providing technical basis for the prevention and control of traffic noise pollution of such projects.
