摘　　要：一流本科专业教育质量的有效动态评估是振兴本科教育、培养一流本科人才的重要环节。首先利用相对绩效理论和AHP法,先后详细探讨了百分制指标、等级制指标等类似指标的重构方法、重构过程;然后,将数据融合技术引入一流本科专业教育质量评估体系,着重论述了基于主成分分析的数据融合过程,实现教育质量的评估排序;提出基于时间序列的教育质量动态评估理念,实现评估排序在时间序列上的对比分析。评估指标的重构、各类评估数据的有效融合、持续的评估排序对比构成一流本科专业教育质量评估的有效方法,推进卓越人才培养。The effective dynamic evaluation of education quality of first-class undergraduate majors is an important link to promote undergraduate education and cultivate first-class undergraduate talents.Firstly,by relative performance theory and AHP method,this paper discusses the reconstruction method and process of percent index,hierarchy index and other similar indexes in detail.Then,the data fusion technology is introduced into the education quality evaluation system of first-class undergraduate majors,and the data fusion process based on principal component analysis is emphasized to achieve the evaluation sorting of education quality.The concept of dynamic evaluation of education quality based on time series is proposed to realize the comparative analysis of the evaluation sorting in time series.The reconstruction of evaluation indexes,the effective integration of various evaluation data,and the continuous comparison of the evaluation sorting constitute an effective method for evaluating the education quality of first-class undergraduate,and promote the cultivation of outstanding talents.
