后疫情时代对我国护理学研究生教育管理的思考

摘　　要：护理学研究生教育作为高等护理教育的重要组成部分,肩负着为国家输送教学、科研、管理、临床创新型护理人才的重任。在抗击新冠肺炎疫情的过程中,护士群体发挥了很大的作用,由此引发了对护理学研究生教育管理的思考——在后疫情时代,如何做好护士高层次后备队伍建设,即护理学研究生教育管理如何“在危机中育新机,于变局中开新局”。该文围绕国家相关政策要求,基于护理学研究生教育管理现状,探讨传统护理学研究生教育管理面临的不足,并提出相关建议。As an important part of higher nursing education,nursing graduate education shoulders the important task of transporting innovative nursing talents who can deal with teaching,scientific research,management and clinical affairs for the country.In the process of fighting against the epidemic of COVID-19,nurses have played a great role,which also triggered the writers’thinking on the education management of nursing graduate students—in the post-epidemic era,how to do a good job in the construction of high-level reserve teams of nurses,that is,how to“cultivate new opportunities in the crisis and create a new situation in the changing situation”.Based on the current situation of nursing graduate education management,this paper discusses the shortcomings of traditional nursing graduate education management and puts forward relevant suggestions.
