摘　　要：“一站式”学生社区建设是我国高校人才培养改革推进、高校治理结构改变的重要抓手和重要路径。该文调查发现,高校在大思政协同育人主体合力、实践教学协同体系、协同育人载体等方面存在问题,即思政协同育人课堂单一、思政平台挖掘不够、阵地对接协同不足。因此,提出联动“五导师”、开设“五课堂”、融汇“五内容”的“555”模式和实践路径,这既是落实新时代高校协同育人的有效途径,也是未来高校学生社区发展的重要方向。The“one-stop”student community construction is an important starting point and an important path for the advancement of the reform of talent training in colleges and universities and the change of the governance structure of colleges and universities in China.Through investigation,this paper finds that colleges and universities have problems in the joint force of the main body of comprehensive ideological and political collaborative education,the collaborative system of practical teaching,and the carrier of collaborative education.Therefore,the“555”model and practice path linking five tutors,setting up five classes,and integrating five contents are proposed.This is not only an effective way to implement collaborative education in colleges and universities in the new era,but also an important direction for the development of college student communities in the future.
